Sleep Deprivation

Sleep deprivation is common today as many people lead a much busier lifestyle that can lead to a lack of sleep. Medications and lifestyle are big factors in depriving people of the sleep they need.

Alchohol and coffee can affect your sleeping if you consume them before you sleep. Shiftwork can also effect your sleeping patterns too, I know this from experience of rotating every week between dayshift, afternoon and nightshift. It was very diificult to adjust from week to week and sleep deprivation was often a result.
