Sleep Apnia

Sleep Apnia is a sleeping disorder where you stop breathing for a period during sleeping. It may last just 10 seconds, but can last a lot longer. And the frequency may be that it happens between 5-50 times per hour.

Naturally when you stop breathing so often, your lungs don't get enough air.

The most common form of sleep apnia is OSA or Obstructive Sleep Apnia.
